The Rado Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Chronograph features a 43 mm monobloc case made of plasma high-tech ceramic. The white ceramic is exposed to activated gases at 20,000 °C, creating a warm metallic finish without any added metal.
The rotating bezel, made of rose gold PVD-coated stainless steel with a polished blue high-tech ceramic insert, features engraved markings with white Super-LumiNova®. The box-shaped sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides ensures excellent readability.
Inside, the automatic R801 chronograph movement, regulated in five positions and equipped with an anti-magnetic Nivachron™ hairspring, guarantees a power reserve of 59 hours.
On the dial, rose gold-colored indexes and hands with white Super-LumiNova® ensure excellent readability – even in unfavorable lighting conditions. A date window at 6 o'clock and the characteristic movable anchor symbol on a ruby-red background complete the design.
The watch's bracelet is made of matte and polished plasma high-tech ceramic and features a titanium triple-fold clasp. With its water resistance up to 30 bar (300 m), this model is made for adventure.
